Hi Michael, Lina. Hope that you and your family are adapting to your new home. I am sad that God did not answer our prayers. We know He is there. We know He has the power, but for some reason He chose not to.
I don’t know why, but I do know that God Is Love. Not only in 1John4:9 but in the life of Jesus, we know that He is love.
His sight is farther and He can see what we cannot. Perhaps, God loves Max so much that He has to bring him home first.
We may not be able to understand and will question Him. But we have no doubt about how He feels towards us. He loves us. And because of that we can trust in Him.
On that day, we will all come together and we can tell Max his story and he can then come to know all those aunties and uncles that prayed so hard for him.
